Cleaning Service Program

Each client is unique, and thus requires a unique program strategy is order to provide the optimum level of service. We are able to put together a simple yet detailed service plan for you, entailing all that we will have to do in order to provide the most professional and diligent service to fulfill your needs. Upon invitation to tender our services, we will first commence a site walk-through. During this and over the telephone we will then analyze your needs and expectations, and having confirmed this time frame will be agreed upon. We will determine the exact details of labor and equipment needed to allocate and order, following which we will supply a proposed cleaning schedule and quote.

Once you, as a client have expressed your satisfaction, we begin staff selection and allocation, and we purchase all the equipment and chemicals required. Over-seeing all of the processes following your acceptance of your quote, documentation will be finalized and our OH & S representative will perform a site safety audit. Once our staff are inducted and fully trained and all quality planning procedures and operating schedules are finalized, we are able to commence the contact.

Equipment

When you receive a quote from Borg, it will include everything we need to accommodate your requirements with the optimum effectiveness and efficiency. Each piece of equipment will be bought specifically for your program plan and will be trailed and serviced by our own maintenance team. We have a color coding system by which we ensure that your property will be serviced with the highest possible level of hygiene by separating
