Staff Selection and Training

Our employee quality records are fantastic, and this thanks to a strict in house criteria and screening process based on aptitude and attitude, employee placement and repeatedly proven training procedure.

Before allocated to a work site each new employee must attend an induction and training program, training them in:

  1. The use of machinery and chemicals and basic technical skills.
  2. In house methods and concepts and conduct requirements.
  3. Upon completion of these process staff members are tested, following which allocation takes place.

Training at Borg is ongoing at all levels. Each employee is presentable with our company uniforms and must wear identification badges at all times. We find that the key to success with employee quality and comfort is to be pro-active and provide to incentives.
